Tattvika Legal was founded in 2009 by Advocates Arjun Mehta and Priya Sharma — two Delhi University Law Faculty graduates who shared an uncommon conviction: that criminal defense and corporate counsel, practised with equal rigour, could serve as the twin pillars of a truly comprehensive legal practice.
Beginning with a single chamber at Tis Hazari Courts, the firm expanded steadily — driven entirely by results. Today, Tattvika Legal maintains a commanding presence across five district court complexes and the High Court of Delhi, with a team of dedicated advocates who carry forward the founding philosophy of uncompromising client advocacy.
Under the leadership of Managing Partner Advocate Vikram Nair, the firm's litigation output has expanded significantly into corporate disputes and real estate matters, while the criminal defense practice — the firm's original heartbeat — continues to set the standard for aggressive, principled advocacy in Delhi's courts.
